Director, Review & Analytics – fully remote role for prominent law firm. This position is responsible for supporting the managed review and analytics team managing client relationships, providing guidance in litigation focusing on the strategic and tactical aspects of data collection, processing, document review and production workflows. **Ideal candidates have strong technical expertise in platforms, like Relativity and other processing and hosting tools for complex litigation matters. The Director is responsible for developing strategic solutions for clients and overseeing implementation efforts. This role is the lead regarding technical (non-legal) aspects of Review & Analytics engagements, identifying client needs and providing high-quality analysis and recommendations. Additionally, the Director delegates/supervises a team.
Duties/Skills: Managing workflows for data collection and processing. Managing eDiscovery service providers, coordinating with clients/external counsel. Designing processes for ensuring superior quality control of review and production workflows.
Position Requirements: At least ten years of experience in eDiscovery Review Management/information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function. Bachelor’s degree required; Masters or other advanced degree preferred. Experience leading staff and remote teams. Experience leading multiple complex initiatives. Ability to travel internationally. Relativity expertise including document review workflow development, identifying/running document productions. Experience with Relativity, Brainspace, and other review platforms. Ability to identify and communicate the impact of key decisions related to how data is processed and reviewed to ensure efficient outcomes. Proven technical, client management, project plan design, facilitation, and leadership skills. Proven leadership skills. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Salary commensurate with experience and depending on location $185k - $260k.
Senior Litigation Paralegal - Trial experience, for powerhouse global law firm.**Hybrid position located in San Francisco, or Los Angeles, CA office. **Ideal candidate is an experienced, career-track litigation paralegal with substantial work experience in AmLaw 100 firms or specialized boutique law firms, trial prep and trial experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Five plus years of litigation paralegal experience is required. Recent trial experience, trial prep, and experience traveling to trial as needed, setting up war rooms, etc.is required. Candidates must also have strong cite checking experience. This position will contribute as lead paralegal on large, complex cases and provide instruction and informal mentorship to junior paralegals at the Firm.
Duties: All elements of litigation case management, including file management, discovery, and trial activities. Utilize case calendaring system to track filings and appropriately distribute information. Utilize existing systems and procedures and/or establish new procedures to facilitate organization and retrieval of documents by and for the attorneys on the case team. On a case-specific basis, coordinate and oversee the tasks of more junior paralegals and other support staff as needed on large litigation matters and/or investigations in all phases of litigation from discovery through trial/arbitration. Docketing, Court Services Clerk - REMOTE, for global law firm in Washington, DC. This position is fully remote but candidates must live within commuting distance to the DC (or Boston) office. This role is responsible for providing support to the automated docket/calendar system and procedures in the DC Metro Area, and federal cases. This involves data entry, daily maintenance, and case teams’ coordination.
Duties: Under attorney supervision, enter docket dates from court documents and correspondence and confirm appropriate maintenance of data in the CourtAlert system. Daily preparation/distribution of reports from the docketing system. Support for information workflows related to scheduling/calendaring/procedures in litigation matters in the DC office. Assess processes and recommend improvements to systems and procedures related to docketing for DC cases. Respond to requests regarding litigation scheduling, and court rules. First-level support for DMV state and federal ECF, pleadings and court papers filing, and case record file access. Provide back up support for general paralegal tasks in the DC office.

Litigation Support –eDiscovery - Relativity – fully remote. For prominent law firm that has a focus on eDiscovery, information governance, data privacy, and data security. This role is responsible for supporting the eDiscovery Review Services. This position is 100% Remote. Travel to client sites may be required. **Ideal candidate has a litigation paralegal background (or staff attorney exp.) with eDiscovery database skills.
Duties: Create and edit fields, choices, layouts, persistent highlighting sets, searches, STRs, batch sets, and production sets. Designing privilege review and privilege log workflows. Create substantive and procedural quality control checks. Create TIFF and native redaction workflows. Review search terms for proper dtSearch syntax. Assist with culling and analyzing data loaded to review platforms. Design and run both pre- and post-production quality control and validation checks. Verify and validate data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
Position Requirements: At least (preferably more) five years of experience in eDiscovery and Document Review within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function. Proficiency using a variety of software, processes, and tools and ability to provide quality analysis and recommendation of strategies related to the range of elements appropriate to the client situation. Proven technical, client management, project plan design, facilitation, and project leadership skills. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to function in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Litigation Support Services Manager – for top tier global law firm This position can be remote but candidates must live within commuting distance to Washington, DC, or San Francisco, CA office. This role is responsible for firm-wide coordination/management of litigation support analysts and team professionals.
Responsibilities: Identifies/supports document review tools and services; along with litigation support technologies. Coordinates/supervises firm-wide staff. Maintains appropriate staffing levels, makes salary recommendations, hires, evaluates, and disciplines staff, and makes termination recommendations with other management. With the LSS Project Managers, assists in the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of in-house and hosted litigation databases, including preparation of estimates. Manages/coordinates the litigation support and eDiscovery service provider relationships. Works with Records and Facilities to ensure adequate physical space and other facilities are available for source code reviews and other case related projects. Monitors costs, productivity, quality and performance of internal support efforts and hosted projects. Maintains current knowledge of the capabilities and pricing of outside service providers for collection, processing, hosting, and production. Participates in the design and delivery of training regarding the use of litigation support technologies for all levels of LSS staff, lawyers and paralegals. Stays current on the rapidly changing technology developments in litigation support. Identifies common case requirements and coordinates the preparation of various standardized procedures, workflows and materials with attention to industry recommended practices. Assigns cases to LSS staff according to case needs and distributes workloads equitably. Builds teams to support large matters.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required. Must have at least 5 years of experience in LAW 100 litigation support management, or with a litigation support services provider. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in litigation support is required. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a strong service orientation is required. Experience in advising on and performing document inventory, deduplication, search, and culling techniques to reduce volume, identify potentially responsive or privileged documents, and reduce costs. Prior experience in case management with ability to navigate vendor relationships on an escalated level. Prior experience supporting multiple document review tools such as Nuix Discover, Concordance or Relativity, including document review workflow tools and technology assisted review. Experience supporting tools for case and transcript management such as CaseMap and Case Notebook or Opus2. Ability to work under pressure and to propose solutions. Prior trial experience ideal. Salary range is $170,000 - $249,000 depending on location and experience level.
