Manager of Financial Enterprise Systems – for HQ office of global law firm.  This position is responsible for the full application lifecycle, and will oversee specification, design, development, implementation, and operational support of all aspects of the firm’s financial solutions (Elite 3E) and several other systems, including ChromeRiver and the new business intake system.  Candidate will implement application solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations and streamline legal work.  This position facilitates project management for systems development and enhancement, including relevant business analysis, drafting of requirements documentation, system design and architecture, development of project plans and timelines, testing, and management of end-user expectations.  This applies to custom solutions and commercial-off-the-shelf products.

This position will manage a team of programming analysts and also function as liaison to internal customers; engaging with them to understand business needs and anticipate requirements.    

Position Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred, Certification in Microsoft Cloud services is ideal

7+ years of experience managing information systems and teams of developers

Significant experience in a large firm setting, ideally a law firm or similar professional services firm 

Prior experience maintaining/supporting Thomson’s Elite 3E infrastructure

Prior experience working with IDE, EDG, and Biztalk to create customizations, reports, and integrations

Background in integrating third-party systems and custom built solutions with 3E.

Experience with expense and invoicing solutions such as Chrome River, specifically using automated processes to load reference data and extract transactions for posting into 3E

Experience working with Intapp Open to support the conflicts clearance and new business intake processes

Fluency with ETL tools such as Integration Builder and writing MSSQLServer stored procedures to extract data for reporting and other systems

Prior success improving user experience in a professional services firm

Experience applying waterfall and agile methodologies in developing customs solutions as needed

Proven project management skills required

Manager of Application Development II – for prominent global law firm in Washington, DC.  This position is responsible for the full application lifecycle, and oversees the specification, development, implementation, maintenance, and daily operational support of all aspects of application collaboration and work product management solutions as well as other systems, including SharePoint, document management system, and HRIS.  Candidate will put into place application solutions to enhance business operations and streamline legal work supporting firm lawyers. This position also facilitates project management for systems development/enhancement, including business analysis, drafting requirements documentation, system design and architecture, development for project plans and timelines, testing, and management of end-user expectations; encompassing custom solutions developed internally and commercial-off-the-shelf products. The Manager will manage a team of programming analysts and provide direction.  This position functions as liaison to the team’s internal customers; engaging with them to understand current business needs and anticipate future requirements.        

Position Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.

Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline

Certification in select Microsoft Cloud services preferable

Significant (7-10 years) of experience managing information systems and team of developers, in a large professional services organization

Substantial experience in design and architecture of on-premises SharePoint environments 

Strong background leading Document Management System (DMS) support, particularly iManage

Experience with Workday and building/supporting data integrations between Workday and other systems

Experience with cloud ecosystems incorporating Office365, Office2016, Skype for Business, Teams, and mobile devices

Strong background in DirSync, identity management, and Active Directory and ADFS authentication

Senior Systems Analyst (WORKDAY) – for prominent global firm in Washington, DC.  This position is responsible for support/maintenance of Workday, the HRIS system. Candidate will be the technical lead regarding providing application support for software utilized by HR and Payroll departments.  Duties for this position include:  Software/Application Support, Customer Service/Production Support; such as back-office and end-user support, Reporting, Data Integrity/Management, and Process Improvement.  Position Requirements:               Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or IT related concentration required, 2+ years in similar position, proficiency with Workday required, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, analytic and problem solving skills, ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.  Salary is commensurate with experience. 

Help Desk Analyst for prominent global law firm in Washington, DC.  ***The hours for this position are 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.  This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to firm computer systems, hardware, software, and remote access. 

In this position candidate will be responsible for:  

Responding to technical support requests regarding hardware, software and remote access - either in person, over the phone, or via email in a professional, confident, and courteous manner

Writing tips, frequently asked questions, and knowledge articles for the firm’s intranet and helpdesk knowledgebase

Position Requirements:  Must have at least 3-4 years of law firm help desk experience.  Strong interpersonal and written communication skills required with a superior customer service attitude, experience working with Windows7/10 operating Systems and Active Directory, prior experience resolving issues with Microsoft Office 2010 and higher as well as Adobe Acrobat and iManage, remote access (Citrix and VPN) and mobile devices,

IT Help Desk Service Analyst - for global law firm in Washington, DC office. Candidate will provide exceptional IT customer service regarding IT issues. Responsibilities: End-user support services, troubleshooting assistance, and problem resolution via telephone, remote desktop connection, and desk-side.   Other duties include setting-up and quality assurance testing of new hardware and software and other duties as assigned.  Several openings currently.  The shifts/hours available are:

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, or 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday, or

1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or 10:15 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday through Friday & 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday through Sunday.

Position Requirements:  Must have at least 4 years of experience in end-user support; law firm experience/software ideal, some college preferred.  Superior interpersonal communication skills, prior experience implementing, maintaining and supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, Technical experience configuring and supporting workstations, laptops, printers, and related equipment. Flexibility to work additional shifts as needed.  Salary is commensurate with experience.

CRM (InterAction) Coordinator  - for global law firm in Washington, DC.  This position is responsible for collecting/maintaining client information in support of firm-wide marketing and client development efforts.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain all master and marketing/event mailing lists; ensuring security groups are established and maintained; regularly audit lists and resolve data quality issues.

Create folders for campaign marketing lists; performing advanced/complex searches to meet campaign-audience criteria and populate lists

Oversee the subscription management/email delivery failures processes

Suggest ways to improve list quality

Manage data cleanup tasks including monitoring the system for duplicate contacts, merging duplicate contacts, etc.

Monitor CRM mailbox(es)

Serve as primary trainer for ARC support and administrative staff with respect to marketing contacts and list management.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of CRM experience with LexisNexis InterAction, Knowledge of CRM and Data Quality Management concepts, Strong Internet research search skills and proficiency with InterAction required; experience with financial databases also considered, superior research skills; ability to manipulate data in common formats such as Excel and .CSV files, proven project management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Flexibility for occasional overtime.  Salary is commensurate with experience 50 – 55k.

Senior Network Engineer (CISCO) - for DC office of global law firm.This position configures, maintains and upgrades network systems.Candidate is involved in long range planning of upgrades/deployment of systems.  Duties for this position include: Assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, and document Cisco networks and related systems, Provide support of existing Network Infrastructure, Supports LAN/WAN and carrier services with firewall, load balancing, wireless mobility, DNS and DHCP platforms to ensure peak operating performance is maintained, Strategic planning for the use of Infrastructure solutions including Cisco switches, routers, firewall, Wireless solutions and other common infrastructure components. This position is responsible for on-call duties for ITS emergencies outside of Firm business hours, providing the highest level of internal technical support and assistance to firm-wide IT Services staff as part of the issue escalation procedures.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required - Computer Science or MIS, CCNP certification -

• 10-15 years support experience with Cisco network infrastructure,

• Law firm experience in an IT support role

• Expert knowledge and experience with Cisco routers firewall and switches, expert in Routing Protocols OSPF& BGP and different platform of Cisco routers ASR1000, 7600, 7200, 3800, 2800 etc.

• Expert level experience with network management tools such as-Riverbed Optnet, Netflow, Wireshark and Cisco Prime

• Experience in implementing and troubleshooting the following technologies: Fabric Path, Spanning Tree, Port Channels, MPLS, GETVPN, PBR (Policy Based Routing), QOS, Video, Unified Communications

• Expert level competence in the Operating systems in use by the Firm (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008- 2012)

Senior Analyst, Litigation Support – For Highly regarded law firm. This position is responsible for general litigation technology support to case teams and serves as liaison between attorneys, paralegals, internal support groups and outside service providers. Candidate will function as hands-on technical expert, performing data intake and manipulation tasks required by their cases. Some of the duties for this position include: assisting attorneys and paralegals regarding case needs to identify discovery document management tools and solutions for transcripts, pleadings and correspondence. The Senior Analyst will plan, schedule and budget for case specific support such as document collection, processing, review, production and trial; advises case teams on Firm’s Best Practices for managing electronic discovery. Candidate will coordinate with IT and administrative departments to support case team requirements for services such as SFTP transfer, securing source code, and war room setup, administer document review databases, including user rights management, database and coding form design, indexing, import/export of fielded data, OCR/extracted text, and metadata, prepare early case reports of load files and raw data using tools such as Microsoft Access, Excel, text editors, and LAW, acts as a mentor for more junior members of the department. Position Requirements: must have at least 4+ years of experience in a large law firm or legal environment in progressively more responsible litigation support positions, superior interpersonal and technical writing communication skills, strong service orientation with the ability to develop effective working relationships with others, including legal teams and vendors, and mentees, familiarity with methods to identify duplicates, near duplicates, email threads, and families within document collections, experience in case management to initiate and navigate vendor relationships on cases that may be large or have special needs, proven success as a team leader who will coordinate tasks with others in the department and with vendors, extensive knowledge of multiple document review tools such as Ringtail, Concordance, Relativity, EZReview, or Kroll Ontrack Inview. LiveNote, IPRO, or other similar tools is required, experience supporting tools for case and transcript management such as CaseMap and LiveNote. Candidate should have flexibility to occasionally travel as needed to other offices and trial sites, prior trial experience ideal, Bachelor’s degree required. Litigation Support Analyst – for prominent global law firm in Washington, DC. This position is responsible for providing litigation technology support to case teams and functions as interface between attorneys, paralegals, internal support groups and outside service providers. Also coordinates similar processing for larger collections with outside processing providers, assists with preparation of search strategy for culling of documents based on discussions with legal team and knowledge of query syntax in early case assessment/culling and document review platforms, provides training and support of Firm Software (Ringtail, Concordance, LiveNote, and CaseMap) to legal teams and corporate clients, assists department leadership and other Analysts in preparation of various standardized procedures and materials, participates in presentations and training on various litigation support topics. Position Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a law firm with a thorough understanding of the requirements of litigation support, legal documents, and procedural requirements, trial experience ideal
Excellent communication, organizational, technical writing and interpersonal skills
Strong service orientation and ability to develop effective working relationships with others
Working knowledge of multiple document review tools such as Ringtail, Concordance, IPRO, Relativity, EZReview, or Kroll Ontrack Inview, LiveNote or similar is required
Must be able to support end-users and perform administrative tasks, experience supporting tools for case and transcript management such as CaseMap and LiveNote

Programmer Analyst 3 - DMS – for global law firm in Washington, DC.This position is responsible for designing and programming database- driven solutions for networked and wireless business applications spanning the Firm’s global offices.** The focus for this position is on designing and developing database-driven solutions (applications) and administering to and developing in the SQL Server (2008-2016).Candidates will need experience managing and administering a document manage system, specifically iManage. Experience with Netdocs or iManage cloud would be ideal. Prior experience mapping from a database center to web API's preferred.System development will be accomplished using a wide range of Microsoft tools and products including Visual Studio.Net, MS SQL, and SharePoint. Full lifecycle responsibility, from initial design through implementation, including on-going support, is expected.As part of the application development Team, the successful candidate will consult on, design, program and implement solutions for information management, workflow and knowledge management serving the Firm's practice groups and administrative departments.This includes maintaining and supporting existing internal SharePoint websites and applications, designing and implementing improvements to various systems, and integrating and customizing third-party software within our existing application environment.  Position Requirements:  Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) for Microsoft .NET preferred, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous law firm or professional services experience a must.  6-8 years’ experience / application development with MS Technologies (ASP.NET, C#, XML/XSL, .NET Frameworks, web services and SQL Server), VB Script and JAVA Script, with demonstrated recent ability to design, develop and deploy business applications.  Strong MS SQL and T-SQL skills; experience with SSRS a plus.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
